Getshere allows you to create and publish public pages. You are solely responsible for the content you post. The platform itself, including its original code, design, and aesthetics, are owned by Getshere. The data and text you upload to your pages remains your intellectual property. By publishing a page on Getshere, you grant us a license to host and display that content publicly.
In no event shall Getshere, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
